PeopleSoft Developer - Specialist Master

Deloitte's Special Programs service line?provides cross-functional support and consulting services to Federal Intelligence Agencies.

We are growing our cleared PeopleSoft Team in Elkridge, Maryland. PeopleSoft Development Project Associates deliver software solutions to a specific long-term client.
?
PeopleSoft Specialists perform and consult around new implementation and life cycle support tasks and are expected onsite near Ft. Meade on a daily basis.

Education Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline preferred
- Graduate degree (i.e., MBA, MPA) preferred
Experience Requirements
- 5 years experience working in Consulting or related industry with focus on Information Technology and Public Sector
- U.S. Governement experience within the Federal Govenerment, Military Service, or Consulting / Contracting to the Federal Government
- 3 years experience with technical online development of PeopleSoft 8.x applications
Required Skills
- Translation of Functional Requirements into technical designs
- Knowledge and experience performing both new implementation and life cycle support (LCS) tasks
- Experience with object-oriented development (e.g. J2EE, Visual Basic, C++) for enterprise systems
- PeopleSoft Development Tools, such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills (e.g., use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access to analyze data)
- Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client processes and needs
- Ability to analyze client processes, develop clear, detailed information technology functional requirements
- Ability to lead small teams to complete a project
- Strong written and oral skills required
- Ability to apply comprehensive HCM application knowledge to provide guidance to the functional team
- Experience with HCM applications such as HR, eRecruit, and ELM
- PeopleSoft 8.8 or above upgrade experience
- Development experience with Oracle
- Experience with STAT, Cognos ReportNet, and PeopleSoft EPM
- Interface development skills
Required Work Location
- Must be willing to commute daily to Ft. Meade vicinity

Security Clearance
- Applicants should be eligible for a U.S. Government Security Clearance to the level of TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph?
