Applicants must have strong process knowledge and possess 3 to 7 years of industry experience in product development area including PLM systems. External consulting experience will be an added advantage. Applicants must have excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes and management expertise for large scale Product Development and PLM design and deployment. This resource will normally be involved from the strategy phase through implementation and would be expected to perform as a project manager, implementation consultant for PLM projects, a subject matter expert on PLM technology or as a process consultant improving the client's Product Development processes (including Portfolio Management, Stage-Gate, BOM Mgt, Engineering Change Management, etc). This resource will support business development activities in several ways including demonstrating credible knowledge and experience with PLM implementations, crafting a vision and implementation roadmap for Product Development during the strategy phase for product development engagements, and preparing statements of work. This person will have client interaction and must be able to work independently or as a team member. This person will also apply project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients.
