We are seeking qualified Senior Managers to join the Tangible Asset Valuation practice: Informed investment decisions and complex problem solving necessitate independent and well-supported consulting related to tangible assets. Our professionals provide various services related to
tangible assets to assist clients with compliance reporting, specialty tax transactions, and strategic business purposes. Our extensive experience allows us to provide clients with sophisticated analyses related to the following: - Cost segregation studies and construction tax planning that help clients to identify tax savings related to their assets; - Pollution control certifications for federal tax purposes - Valuation of machinery and equipment, buildings, and improvements for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, insurance, financing, federal tax, property tax; and assessing and improving fixed asset management processes.Tangible Asset Valuation services include: - Cost Segregation - Fixed Asset Management - Machinery and Equipment Appraisals - Insurance Appraisals - Financing AppraisalsThe Tangible Asset Valuation Senior Manager job responsibilities include: - Interview property, asset, and
construction managers - Read and analyze technical specifications, construction drawings, and construction invoices - Perform inspections of machinery, equipment, buildings, and construction projects - Prepare and review Excel based models, write, and review descriptive reports - Effectively evaluate issues and appropriately delegate tasks to managers and staff; demonstrate proper planning and supervision control - Prepare and execute detailed work plans - Prepare high quality client deliverables - Assume full responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables - Balance multiple client engagements and other responsibilities - Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management - Coach, mentor, and counsel staff - Research market issues and identify market opportunities - Market services to new and existing clients, implement marketing and targeting strategies - Lead internal
initiatives and practice management engagements - Build internal (cross-functional) and external relationships, originate, and manage established revenue targets - Leverage existing client base and relationships to create market opportunities - Effectively manage risk associated with engagements Machinery & Equipment Senior Managers will possess the following qualifications: - 10+ years of machinery & equipment and financial advisory related experience - Direct and established practice and market eminence in a key industry, service area and/or client base required - Demonstrated technical excellence, ability to lead and manage significant client engagements - Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service engagements - Experience in a professional services
